This year, the HrOUG conference was held once again in Tuheljske Toplice, dedicated to developer topics with the aim of presenting and learning about new technologies.
The Conference
The first day of the conference began with a welcome speech by Davor Ranković, who is also the president of HrOUG, followed by a lecture by Prof. Dr. Velimir Srića, a university professor emeritus at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, a consultant to Croatian and international companies in the field of management, and also experienced in working with information technologies and coaching. Through his lectures, he explains how important it is to motivate oneself and others to develop a more positive and successful work culture, which is crucial for achieving business goals.
Another goal of the conference was to share and exchange knowledge and experience in using Oracle technology and to advance the IT industry with the help of other domestic and international speakers who also aim to encourage users in achieving their business plans and future tasks.
Free Time
After the lectures, the team made the most of their free time by enjoying indoor and outdoor pools and the sauna, while mornings were spent running in nature and visiting the gym. In the evenings, dinners and concerts were organized, and relaxation was also possible through playing new board games that were presented.
Trip to Vinagora
After the three-day conference concluded, our team decided to take a trip to Vinagora, which is an ideal place for socializing in nature, barbecuing, and enjoying the first rays of sunshine!
