  • Contact form — name, email address, company name, phone number and message
  • Newsletter signup — email address
  • Chatbot — messages you enter in the conversation with the AI assistant, and name and email address if you choose to forward the conversation to our team

2.2. Automatically collected data

  • Analytics data — anonymous website visit data (Vercel Analytics) — only with your consent
  • Third-party cookies — Google Maps may set cookies when you consent to display the map — only with your consent

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

  • Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for newsletter signup, analytics cookies and third-party cookies
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for responding to your inquiries via the contact form and chatbot
  • Contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — when you contact us for business cooperation

We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiries and providing requested information
  • Sending newsletters (only with your signup)

Our website uses cookies. On your first visit, you will see a cookie notice with the option to choose:

5.1. Essential cookies

Required for the website to function. They do not collect personal data and cannot be disabled. They include theme settings (light/dark mode) and cookie settings.

5.2. Analytics cookies

Used to understand how visitors use the website. We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymous visit data. These cookies are only activated with your consent.

5.3. Third-party cookies

Google Maps may set cookies when you consent to display the embedded map on the "About us" page. These cookies are only activated with your consent.

You can change your cookie settings at any time by clearing your browser data (localStorage), after which the cookie notice will be shown again.

Sharing data with third parties

We may share your personal data with the following service providers:

Mailjet SASsending emails (contact form, newsletter, chatbot inquiries)
OpenAIprocessing inquiries in the AI chatbot (messages are sent to the OpenAI API to generate responses)
Vercel Inc.website hosting and visit analytics
Google LLCdisplay of Google Maps (only with consent)

All listed service providers process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data processing agreements.

Data retention period

  • Contact inquiries — we retain until the end of communication, at most 2 years
  • Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
  • Chatbot conversations — we do not store permanently; conversations are used only to respond and optionally forward to the team via email
  • Analytics data — anonymous, retained according to the service provider's rules (Vercel)
