Our Team Created the TASK Mobile Application

The TASK mobile application has enabled our users to track and plan all processes related to maintenance and servicing of inventory, locations, work supplies, and other assets within the business environment — in an intelligent, innovative, and simple way.

How Does It Work?

The application offers a range of solutions through which supplier technicians can record their arrival and departure, and based on this, we track the time needed to complete the work. Using a QR code scanned within the app, arrival at the location is recorded, and upon completion of work, when repairs are done, new changes are entered by the technicians in the app, followed by another QR code scan to mark the end of repairs and departure.

If a repair cannot be completed within the planned timeframe, technicians can reschedule their visit with a set date and time to return to the location and resolve the reported issue.

Service Details

After the service is completed, supplier technicians enter the details of their visit in the app, which includes:

  • costs
  • list of technicians (number of technicians in the field)
  • adding photos (ability to add images from gallery or directly from the app)
  • description of work performed

Offline Mode

If there are internet connectivity issues at a location, our app synchronizes all data recorded by supplier technicians in its local database as soon as the device connects to the internet, so the app doesn't need to be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Technology

The mobile application accompanies our TASK product, and the mobile version is exclusively for technicians and work order execution. The pilot phase of the application was completed successfully. It was developed using Flutter technology, is available on the Play Store and App Store, and is designed for both Android and iOS devices.
