It had been almost a year since our last team gathering, and we finally decided to go on a three-day trip to rest during the remaining sunny days in the small town of Bajčići, located on the island of Krk. To start, we settled into the "House Jerini" estate, which is an ideal destination for recharging batteries.
Exploring the Island of Krk
During the morning, we explored the island of Krk and walked to the city center. In the afternoon, we relaxed in different ways — some enjoyed cycling and walking along the sea, others tried new drink flavors at a wine bar, while some enjoyed the gym, swimming in the pool, and spending time in the sauna.
Workshop
The next day, we focused on a workshop that was organized through individual and team work, with the goal of learning and developing adequate solutions for challenges that may arise in business at any time. The workshop also helps in brainstorming new ideas that are important for future business development.
